These terms and conditions govern your use of the Konshilah Natural Stone Mall website and the purchase of goods and services from us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
All natural stone products are subject to availability. As natural stone is a product of nature, slight variation in colour, texture, thickness and pattern is inherent and not considered a defect. Prices are quoted at wholesale rates and are subject to change without prior notice.
Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of advance payment as agreed. Balance payment must be made before dispatch or delivery, as per the invoice terms. All transactions are subject to applicable GST.
Delivery timelines are indicative and may be affected by factors beyond our control. Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery. The customer must inspect goods on receipt and report any visible damage within 24 hours.
Given the nature of natural stone, cut-to-size and custom orders are non-returnable. Standard stock items may be returned only if unused, in original condition, and within 7 days of delivery, subject to restocking charges.
Our liability is limited to the invoice value of the goods supplied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our products.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sangli, Maharashtra.
